Corporate College offers short-term training that can be customized for businesses. Professional certificates and update training is available, along with customized training at your site.

 

The East County Education Alliance is a partnership between the Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District, the Grossmont Union High School District and the Mountain Empire Unified School District to provide a seamless path for students between high school, college, and a career.

 

The Alliance also oversees the Grossmont-Cuyamaca College Promise, which offers two years of free tuition at Grossmont and Cuyamaca colleges for first-time students attending full-time.

Facilities at Cuyamaca College can be reserved by members of the public by submitting a Facilities Reservations form.

 

The Water Conservation Garden, located on the Cuyamaca College campus, has nearly six acres of displays that showcase water conservation through a series of themed gardens, as well as how-to displays and exhibits. The Garden also features a native butterfly pavilion that is open in spring and summer.

 

The Heritage of the Americas Museum, on the Cuyamaca College campus, is a cultural and educational center featuring the prehistoric and historic art and culture of the Americas and natural history of the world.

 

It includes a Natural Wing, with collections of meteorites, gems and minerals; an Archeology Wing, with a collection of pre-Columbian artifacts; an Anthropology Wing, with artifacts from the last two centuries; and the Art Wing, with a collection of Western art and Chinese artifacts.

A monthly Email Newsletter provides updates on upcoming events at Grossmont and Cuyamaca colleges, along with the latest news about the District.

 

The Governing Board is comprised of five members who are elected by East County voters. Governing Board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month at 5:15 p.m. and are open to the public.
